After spending over twenty years inside the hiring process; sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across industries, I've sat on the other side of the table more times than I can count. I know what makes a hiring manager pause on a resume, what makes a candidate memorable in an interview, and what separates a good LinkedIn profile from one that actually gets noticed. I love this work because I get to take everything I learned from that side of the table and put it entirely in your corner.

I work with people at every stage: high school and college students trying to figure out the right major or career path, recent grads figuring out their first move, professionals returning to the workforce, and mid-career changers ready for something new. I hold a Master's in Student Personnel Services (concentration in Career and Academic Planning) and a BA in Psychology from Rowan University. I'm a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), SHRM-CP certified, Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Practitioner, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Certified, and a MAPP Authorized Partner. These are all credentials I use to help clients gain deeper self-insight in their career planning.
